Smart Columbus seeks to accelerate the city of Columbus’ commitment to introduce over 200 EVs into public fleets by 2020. To realize this goal, the City of Columbus has developed an innovative vehicle acquisition program.
This webinar will highlight lessons learned from this program, which allows the city to lease vehicles for a short period followed by a title transfer to the city. These lessons apply to any local public entity in Ohio and will include information on how to capitalize on fleet electrification incentives such as the federal EV tax credit.
