This webinar will give an overview of Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) rulemakings in Colorado for environmental justice advocates, grassroots activists, businesses, and municipalities. No advance knowledge is needed.
Panelists will provide an overview of the rulemakings, answer questions from attendees, give examples from other states’ successes, and share next steps on how Coloradans can lend their support for a zero-emission medium and heavy-duty truck future that will improve our air quality in this moment of crisis.
Topics include: 1) An overview of ACT, 2) Why we need ACT to help reduce freight pollution (especially in underserved low-income communities), and 3) How to get involved in rulemakings at the Air Quality Control Commission.
