On August 29, the Nevada DMV Advisory Subcommittee on the Control of Emissions from Motor Vehicles will hold another meeting on the VW Settlement. The meeting begins at 1:30pm PST and the Advisory Subcommittee will be considering the adoption of its response to comments received in relation to its July 6 draft Beneficiary Mitigation Plan as well as the adoption of its recommended Beneficiary Mitigation Plan.
