The California Air Resources Board (CARB or Board) invites you to participate in a public workshop regarding the implementation of the Electric Vehicle Charging Station Open Access Act (Senate Bill 454, Statutes of 2013).
Proposed regulatory language and definitions will be presented at this workshop.
