The California Air Resources Board (CARB) announced they are seeking public comment on their VW Draft Mitigation Plan. The plan summarizes the state’s allocation of nearly $423 Million as follows:

| Reserve | 15% |
CARB will accept written comments on the plan through 5:00 pm May 21, 2018. Comments must be submitted through the CARB website.
