The California Air Resources Board (CARB) has posted the approved Beneficiary Mitigation Plan for California’s $423 million allocation of the VW Environmental Mitigation Trust. The plan includes investing $300 million in zero emission vehicles. CARB staff submitted the final Plan to the Trustee, Wilmington Trust, on June 28, 2018.
