The NDEP has updated our VW Settlement webpage with information on the I/M Subcommittee, the Subcommittee’s draft Beneficiary Mitigation Plan, and how to review and submit comments relating to the draft plan. Comments on this draft should be submitted to Joe Perreira (jperreira@ndep.nv.gov) no later than Friday August 18, 2017.
