Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has developed a draft Beneficiary Mitigation Plan that will provide an overview of how Pennsylvania’s portion of the trust fund will be spent. DEP will receive public comment for how best to design and implement the Beneficiary Mitigation Plan.
