Court Order Approving Trust Agreements and Establishing Trusts

The U.S. District Judge approved the Trust Agreements (detailed previously here). The Trust Agreements must be executed by the settling parties and filed with the court within two weeks of this order (September 19th). The day this filing occurs is the Trust Effective Date; see here for the timeline that gets kicked off by the Trust Effective Date.
