The District of Columbia Department of Energy & Environment submitted the Spending Plan for Volkswagen Settlement Funds (Beneficiary Mitigation Plan) to the Wilmington Trust on July 6, 2018.
The Notice of Public Comment Period on the Draft Spending Plan is now closed. The Department received 16 responses, which can be reviewed in the Draft Spending Response Summary document.
Funding allocations changed from the draft plan and are now as follows:
