Georgia Seeks Public Comment on Draft Mitigation Plan to use VW Settlement Funds

Georgia Office of Planning and Budget, the State of Georgia designated agency to receive the funds, has issued a preliminary Beneficiary Mitigation Plan for the State of Georgia. The plan is open for public comment until December 29th, according to the Georgia Office of Planning and Budget VW Settlement web site.
