The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency released its draft Beneficiary Mitigation Plan for public review. The Illinois BMP breaks down its allocation of $108,679,676.98 as follows:
- On-Road Projects – up to 20%
- All-Electric School Bus Projects – up to 10%
- Off-Road Projects – up to 65%
- Administrative Expenditures – up to 5%
The Illinois EPA will accept public input on the BMP until April 13, 2018.
