Volkswagen subsidiary Electrify America contracted with JLL to identify EV charging station sites and provide site feasibility studies in 17 metros, nearly half of them in California. JLL is seeking sites with property owners that include mall REITS, restaurants, retailers, gas stations, mixed-use developments, hotels and other properties.
