The Ohio EPA is preparing to submit Ohio’s request to be certified as a beneficiary to receive funds. Ohio EPA has been working on a draft state mitigation plan, which will be circulated soon with a formal request for public comments. The agency expects the first opportunity for applicants to apply for grants under this program will come in the spring of 2018.
