The Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) announced they are seeking public comment on their VW Draft Mitigation Plan. The plan summarizes the state’s allocation of nearly $21 Million as follows:

The Oklahoma DEQ will accept written comments on the plan through 5:00 pm May 24, 2018. Comments must be emailed to VWSettlement@deq.ok.gov, or mailed to:
