The South Carolina Department of Insurance has released the second draft of the Beneficiary Mitigation Plan required under the Volkswagen Environmental Mitigation Trust. In conjunction with the release of this draft, the Department opened a 30-day public comment period.
Written comments are due by 5:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, August 24, 2018.
