The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has released their draft Beneficiary Mitigation Plan for public comment. Details of funding allocations below.
The public comment period will be open through October 8, 2018. Comments may be submitted by email to VWsettle@tceq.texas.gov. You may also submit comments by mail at P.O. Box 13087 Austin, TX 78711-3087, ATTN: VW Settlement.
The Commission will also be scheduling meetings to present comments and answer questions on the mitigation plan. Updates will be provided by Atlas and on the Commission’s Meetings & Notices page when available.
