The Wisconsin Department of Administration (DOA) has released an initial draft for their VW state mitigation plan. The plan summarizes the state’s allocation of nearly $67.1 Million as follows:

The Wisconsin DOA has not yet issued an official request for public comment, but issued plan indicates they are currently accepting comments submitted to james.langdon@wisconsin.gov via email, and written comments to:
