Thank you for your interest in joining the EV Hub!

The cost for access to the EV Hub depends on your organization; see the licensing fees below. The plain-English license agreement is available here.

User License Fee

U.S. Federal, State, and Local Public Agencies, as well as Tribal Organizations are granted free licenses to the EV Hub.

Industry

$600per user**

Each license gives you one year of access to the EV Hub. A minimum of three user licenses is required for new companies with more than 10 employees. Note: Industry includes non-profit industry trade associations, industry member-based organizations, industry member-based organizations, 501(c)(4), and 501(c)(6) organizations.

Non-Profit Organization, Labor Organization, & University

$300per user**

Each license gives you one year of access to the EV Hub. A minimum of three user licenses is required for new NGOs or Universities with more than 50 employees. Note: This category includes both public and private universities along with labor organizations. NGO does not include industry trade associations, industry member-based organizations, 501(c)(4), and 501(c)(6) organizations.

Independent/Sole Proprietor

$600per user**

Each license gives you one year of access to the EV Hub.

Student

$200per user**

Each license gives you one year of access to the EV Hub.

** A $150 surcharge may be added to your user license fee if you require custom forms or other registration processes to be completed by us in order to register for EV Hub access.

License Registration

Licenses provide 12 months of access. Let us know what kind of license you're requesting. Your coworker may have already attained licenses for you. We'll let you know.

Note: Licenses are free for public agencies and Clean Cities Coordinators. Otherwise, you're required to buy a user license before we'll grant you access to the EV Hub.

EV Hub Mailing Lists

We'll process your registration as soon as possible, usually within a few hours. If you're required to buy a user license, you'll receive a welcome email with a link to an invoice. You'll need to pay that invoice via credit card or bank transfer before we'll grant you access to the EV Hub. Hide User License Agreement

1. License. Subject to the terms of this agreement, Atlas Public Policy grants to you, a non sub-licensable, non-assignable, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the EV Hub platform. No ownership interest in the EV Hub is given to you with this Agreement. The License shall be automatically voided and terminated without notice if you violate the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions on Use. With the license, you cannot assign this agreement or transfer, sell, lease, distribute, market, export or grant a sublease of the EV Hub or the license contained herein to anyone. You must also take all reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized third parties or persons from accessing or using the EV Hub in a way that would constitute a breach of this agreement including, without limitation, such precautions as you would take to protect your own proprietary software, hardware or information.

3. Permitted Uses. You are granted a nonexclusive right to have and use the EV Hub’s data provided you comply with all of the terms and conditions of this License. You may use information on the EV Hub in the form provided by the EV Hub for your own internal business or organizational purposes and for no other purpose without permission in advance from us.

4. Sharing Your Content and Information. You own all of the content and information you share on the EV Hub. For content that is covered by intellectual property rights, you specifically give us the following permission: you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use any intellectual property content that you post on or in connection with the EV Hub.

5. Termination and Data Retention. We may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all copies of data or other information you’ve retrieved from the EV Hub shall be returned to us and no copies shall be retained by you.

6. Amendments. We’ll notify you before we make changes to these terms. Your continued use of the EV Hub, following notice of the changes to our terms, policies or guidelines, constitutes your acceptance of our amended terms, policies or guidelines.
