Managed Charging Programs: Maximizing Customer Satisfaction and Grid Benefits

Through a literature review, an evaluation of international managed charging program data, and interviews with technology providers, this report explores what success looks like for managed charging and load management programs and proposes strategies programs can use to increase customer engagement. Ultimately, this research seeks to establish best practice guidance and create a shared industry-wide understanding regarding successful EV managed charging program design.
